BusinessCraft Pty Ltd - a company registered in the state of NSW Australia; hereby reserves and retains all right, title, and interest, including copyright interests and any other intellectual property, in and to the BusinessCraft Software and any other programs, systems, or materials produced or provided by BusinessCraft Pty Ltd, alone or in combination with the BusinessCraft Customer and/or its employees.

BusinessCraft hereby advises that, any contribution by BusinessCraft or its employees to the creation of new works, including all copyright interest therein, shall be considered works made for licence by BusinessCraft for its customers and that such works shall, upon their creation, be owned exclusively by BusinessCraft.
